Based on Ipsalu Tantra mission.
*A Perspective
This paradigm is a way of looking at life, based on experience rather than beliefs, not looking for absolute truth,
since our understanding is ever changing and expanding.
*Self-Responsibility
We create our own experiences, as others cooperate to play out our expectations.
There are no victims, no accidents. External events mirror or internal states.
When we take the responsibility for our creation, we are able to examine every subconscious process, and gradually free ourselves from bondage to the past.
*Self - Realization
We identify more and more with the soul, less and less with the personality.
We see the divine in each other, in all around us.
We see all diverse creation as an expression of one divine being. Everything is connected, separation is an illusion.
We assume all is in divine order, even when it appears otherwise.
*Balancing Polarities
We celebrate, liberate, empower female (Shakti) energy, creative lifeforce,
Bringing it into balance and harmony with the male (Shiva) energy/consciousness.
This increased shakti (orgasmic) energy in the body brings about physical cleansing,
emotional activation/release and heightened spiritual awareness.
*Holding Witness
As we maintain non-judgemental Witness Consciousness, self-defeating internal programming,
self-imposed limitations are dissolved
*Fulfillment
Ipsalu means "transcending desire". Ego's desires can be never satisfied. They are attempts to compensate for feelings of inadequacy and have no power. Soul's intentions, our life's purpose, bring true fulfillment and are totally supported by Existence.
Rather then trying to suppress or 'kill' the ego desires, we would go beyond desires, fulfilling and completing them.
*Empowerment
Creative power comes through surrender of the Identity to the Soul.
When your ego falls in love with your spirit, and becomes its devoted servant, you are then living in the flow.
Your life is magical, a series of synchronicities. Existence provides for your needs with ease and grace.
Intentions are realized.
*Kundalini Awakening
One of life's main purposes is to awaken in the body a new level of consciousness, an extraordinary intelligence now lying dormant (Kundalini). This higher vibration requires considerable preparation of mind and body.
The Cobra Breath is a powerful technique for safely awakening Kundalini. Once awakened we experience at least these for qualities:
Extraordinary Integrity
Opening to Genius
Living in a Blissful State
Access to Inner Knowledge, a constant stream of wisdom, always fresh and new, always perfectly appropriate.
These will be the norm in the emerging new (wo)man.
*Dynamic Bliss
We seek simultaneous activation/integration of mind, body and soul.
By energizing the body we magnify the flow of lifeforce and release energetic blockages so our mind can settle into stillness with ease.
By stilling the mind we bring ourselves into the present moment, the only 'time' when we can experience Godliness,
a state of bliss.
By activating sexual energies we enliven that stillness into dynamic bliss.
By transmuting that arousal we elevate it's orientation from survival to service, from pleasure to creativity, from control to surrender.
Feeling gratitude in all things perpetuates that experience of bliss.
*Longevity
Once the body's subtle, life-giving energies flow freely through their channels, unobstructed by emotional blocks, the body can create and maintain health and vitality for a much longer time, maybe indefinitely.
The higher energies transform the body, reprogramming the DNA, creating a new species -
truly hu-man - Beings of Light
*Relationship
We chose partners that replicate the primal family situation to allow a healing of unresolved issues. Once that is accomplished, sharing polarized energies accelerates the evolution of both partners.
Choices of alternate styles of relating (monogamy vs multiple. hetero vs homo, etc) are matters of personal preference and not a part of this paradigm.
*Service
For life to be satisfying you must know that your efforts make a difference in the lives of others, that your being inspires love and trust of those around you. The greatest service you can give is to love unconditionally. In that space one can rediscover their own magnificence, can remember who they really are.
