She's the Great Goddess birthed a new universe into being.

nidra birthing

Nidra Birthing is a conscious labor and birth practice drawing from the ancient Yoga/Tantra Nidra technique (also known as the Theta Threshold practice in the West), specifically modified for the birthing process.

During Yoga and Tantra Nidra, the body enters a state of profound relaxation while the mind remains fully awake. With specific guidance, the mind is gently brought to a theta threshold brainwave state, a hypnagogic state resting right on the boundary between the meditative alpha wave and the dream-state theta wave.

This beautiful state of consciousness aligns naturally with Mother Earth's electromagnetic field vibration and the frequency of feminine, creative, and orgasmic energy. In this vibratory state, the subconscious mind becomes deeply receptive and open to empowering suggestions that can alter and transform your perception of bodily sensations (eg pain vs pleasure, intensity vs ease, fear vs excitement, resistance  vs surrender, stuckness vs flow, overwhelm vs centeredness, misery vs joy...) to sustain a positive state of mind and guide the birthing mama toward her desired birth outcome.

A successful Nidra Birthing process begins with a series of preparation sessions. Each session guides you into a deeper state of relaxation and mind vibratory alignment - planting a deeply personal resolve (Sankalpa) into your subconscious - so you can naturally access it and move the birthing mama toward her desired birth outcome when active labor takes over.

A Grounded, Natural Way to Meet Your Baby

This is not about floating away on wishful thinking or pretending labor isn't intense. It is a very real, practical tool that works hand-in-hand with your body's innate design. By quieting the nervous system and easing physical tension, you allow your body's natural birthing hormones to flow without interference.

It transforms the entire landscape of labor—turning an experience of endurance into a deeply conscious, embodied journey where you remain the anchor of your own birth story, meeting your baby with a sense of true strength and peace
